Envionmental Solutions
VACman was formed in 2006 with a mission to provide solutions on Marine Environmental Protection to the Marine industry in India and, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
VACman provides Turnkey Solutions for MARPOL Compliance to Shipyards & Ship Owners (Defence and Commercial) in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. VACman also undertakes Annual Maintenance Contracts for equipment supplied by the company. To accomplish this, VACman has established a Service Network along the entire Indian Coastline including Port Blair.
It is indeed a feather in the cap of VACman to earn Indian Navy’s trust for Designing, Installing, Commissioning and Maintaining the Sewage Treatment Plants & Vacuum Toilet Systems installed on India’s first indigenously built AIRCRAFT CARRIER – INS Vikrant.
Since the beginning, VACman has placed emphasis on providing Complete Life Cycle Support to the various equipment supplied to ship owners in India, the major being The Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Shipping Corporation of India, Dredging Corporation of India, NIOT and in Sri Lanka, The Sri Lanka Navy.
Maintenance of EVAC make Sewage Treatment Plants & Vacuum Toilet Systems & EPE make POSEIDON brand Oily Water Separators installed onboard over 150 ships of Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Shipping Corporation of India, NIOT, is undertaken by VACman on ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT basis.
VACman owns fully equipped factory at Goa, where VACman undertakes indigenous manufacturing of EVAC Finland make Vacuum Generators, Changwon Korea make Sewage Treatment Plants, EPE Greece make Oily Water Separators under “Technology Transfer Agreements”.
As a progressive step for consolidation of VACman’s position in the Marine Industry, in 2023, VACman acquired a factory in Goa “ZUARI ENGINEERING SERVICES (ZES)”. ZES has a vast experience in designing, manufacturing & assembly of Marine & Industrial Equipment & Systems.
